Audience Profile- Primary Target Audience

Andre Dixon

Andre Dixon is a 16 to 25 year old male, who is currently at college studying his A-levels in economics, history, politics and psychology.  He is of a British English ethnicity, which lives in small borough in west London.

Andre enjoys watching movies; in particular the genres he enjoys are horror, thriller, action and comedy. He also a regular movie consumer as we he goes every week on orange Wednesdays with his girlfriend and group of friends.

                                                                                     

Andre is a keen music fan, listening to RnB, indie, hip- hop etc. He consumes this music in many different ways for example music channels, YouTube, cd’s and downloading off iTunes and the internet. Some of his favourite TV shows consists of WWE, Total Wipe out, Match of the day, Friends, Top Gear and Inbetweeners.

Andre likes to follow the trends in fashion but doesn’t like to wear high end designer clothes as they are very expensive. He shops at Topman, River Island, HnM, Footlocker, Blue Inc. and JD.  In his spare time Ben likes to play football as he’s a part of a youth football team in his borough, go out with his friends and play console games such as Call of Duty, Fifa and Tekken on his Ps3.

Kieran Button

 

Kieran Button is a 25- 35 year old female PA of a retail manager. She is of a British/ Romanian ethnicity as she was born in London, but her parents were born in Romania.

Some genres of movies she enjoys watching are horror, thriller, drama, romantic and comedy; however she prefers to watching exciting movies like mysteries that keep her guessing until the revealing at the end.

                                                                      

She watches around 2-3 films a month on DVD’s or on Sky when she is at home. Kieran also likes indie and general top of the charts music. She mainly buys her music off of ITunes so it is easier for her to put onto her iPod. She tends to watch a lot of TV after work mainly watching soaps such as Desperate Housewives,  True Blood, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Jersey shore, Made in Chelsea, Only way is Essex etc.

Kieran loves to go shopping and search for bargains but also buys her clothing from the internet on sites such as ASOS, Fashionista etc. Some of her hobbies include reading, swimming, Pilates, listening to music and going for dinner with friends. Therefore showing she is quite an active person that’s always up to try new things.
