Fillm review one

Columbine- inspired films have become a small industry in the last few years;films like Elephant, Basketball Diaries and Falling Down hitting our screens. Disruption is a cunning drama created by the makers of Slasher and Restriction.  It’s not one to disappoint as the mystery and anticipation for the revealing of the mass murderer is a real shock from the normality of the character Jim Brooks played by Louis Paule.
The film explores different students journeys to what they think is a normal day of college like any other, but ends in sequential descent which the directors succeeds in achieving as the audience is left touched.
"Disruption" is a violent movie in the sense that many innocent people are shot dead. But it isn't violent in the way it presents those deaths.

The director has made an anti-violence film by draining violence of energy, purpose, glamour, reward, and social context. It just happens.  It is breath-taking, unique and unforgettable. The movie highlights the disastrous events which can occur, leaving the audience with a bittersweet taste in their mouth.
